Patrick Dempsey, who stars in Grey Anatomy, creates UNSCRIPTED in collaboration with Avon. Released in November, the woody green fragrance is for the man who lives by his own rules. According to my favorite fragrance site, Osmoz.com, the UNSCRIPTED man is "self-assured, sexy and stylish without even trying." It begins with cardamom and black peppercorn. Its middle notes are fig and lavender, and it dries down to patchouli, vetiver, leatherwood and musk. The ads for UNSCRIPTED features Patrick Dempsey. Enjoy the "documentary" ads.

Anais Anais by Cacharel: Commentary and Reviews
According to my favorite fragrance site, Osmoz, Anais Anais has turned 30 years old. "Created in 1978 by Firmenich’s perfumers Raymond Chaillan, Robert Gonnon, Paul Léger and Roger Pellegrino, the gentle green-floral fragrance with accents of lily is celebrating the occasion with a new ad campaign featuring two pale-skinned, red-headed young women." This classic perfume begins with bergamot, galbanum, hyacinth and honeysuckle. It's heart is lily, lily of the valley, rose and ylang-ylang. Finally, it dries down to cedarwood, sandal, amber and oakmoss notes. Unfortunately, I was unable to obtain this fragrance's newest ad. However, the ad below is just as good. It stars Kate Moss, and it represents the sensuality and softness of young women. Lastly, read the reviews from consumers and experts below the video. Enjoy!

Fragrance Gift Guides
I know the following video is a bit old -- it was done in 2007. But, I think this video guide will give you good suggestions on which fragrances will make the best Christmas gifts. Ikonz magazine's beauty journalist Amita Mistry reviews a selected list of designer fragrances, which includes Britney Spears "Fantasy" by Elizabeth Arden, "M" by Mariah Carey, "Stella" by Stella McCartney, Badgley Mischka, HH & HY by Hugo Boss, "Pleasures Delight" by Estee Lauder and Fuel for Life by Diesel. Lastly, I have included a small list of 2008 fragrance gift guides below the video; these guides are for readers who demand the most recent information about scented gifts. Enjoy and learn.Other Fragrance Gift Guides from the Experts

Something About Me and Finding Cheap Fragrances

You all know I have disappeared for a while. I had been studying for hours for my finals, which meant reading tons of management and econ information, plotting graphs and remembering equations. My intensive study sessions have paid off for my management class, however my econ course is another story. Economics is like studying a foreign language, and I always have a hard time learning a new tongue. So, I barely understand the concepts of economics. I ask all of you to pray that I pass my econ final.
Now it is time to talk about my favorite topic, fragrances. As you all know that Christmas is approaching soon, which means that you will probably be buying gifts soon. Fragrances are always perfect gifts for your loved ones. I know, I know that in our current national and global economic crises, most of you probably have small gift buying budgets.
