Guerlain traces its origins back to 1828. Founded by Pierre-François Pascal Guerlain, the fragrance house has created some of the world's most famous and classic scents. It currently operates over 20 boutiques through out the world, and approximately 60% of its revenue comes from fragrance sells. Moët-Hennessey Louis Vuitton (LVMH) completely acquired Guerlain in 1996. The heir of the Guerlain dynasty, Jean-Paul Guerlain, still plays a creative role in the development of the house's fragrances.The Guerlain Story
