Beauty conglomerate Mary Kay sues internet giant Yahoo for trademark infringement. Speaking to WWD, the beauty company alleges that "'Yahoo’s conduct is likely to dilute the distinctiveness of, and to tarnish, the distinctive and famous Mark Kay marks.'" Mary Kay filed the lawsuit on July 6 in federal court in Dallas.Source: WWD
